Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Spreads website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Spreads (“Spreads,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age (or the minimum legal age for sports-wagering-related services in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that your use of the Service is lawful where you live. The Service is not directed to, and may not be used by, persons in jurisdictions where sports betting information services are prohibited.

3. Informational service — not a sportsbook, not financial advice

Spreads provides sports information, statistics, odds comparison, AI-generated analysis, and educational content. Spreads is NOT a sportsbook, does not accept or place wagers on your behalf (except as expressly described for optional third-party integrations you choose to connect), and does not hold gambling funds.

All predictions, win probabilities, “edges,” model outputs, and other analysis are informational only, are not guarantees of any outcome, and may be wrong. Past performance does not predict future results. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for any wagering decision you make and for complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. Responsible gambling

Sports wagering involves substantial risk of loss and can be addictive. Never wager more than you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, help is available: in the United States call or text 1-800-GAMBLER, or visit ncpgambling.org. Spreads may provide responsible-gambling tools and reminders, but you remain responsible for your own conduct.

5. Accounts and security

You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or are used in a manner that creates risk or legal exposure for Spreads or others.

6. Subscriptions and billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing intervals, and included features are described at the point of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

7. Third-party services, wallets, and on-chain transactions

The Service may let you connect third-party accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, sportsbooks, or prediction markets. Those services are operated by third parties under their own terms, and Spreads is not responsible for them. If you connect a wallet and authorize transactions, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, that digital-asset values are volatile, and that you alone authorize and are responsible for every transaction signed with your wallet. Spreads never takes custody of your funds or private keys.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Service; interfere with its operation; use it to violate any law (including gambling laws); resell or redistribute data or analysis without permission; attempt to access other users’ accounts; or use the Service while located in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, models, design, text, and data compilations, is owned by Spreads or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ODDS, LINES, SCORES, AND STATISTICS MAY BE DELAYED, INCOMPLETE, OR INACCURATE.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SPREADS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY WAGERING LOSSES, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST DIGITAL ASSETS, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO SPREADS IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Spreads and its officers, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in [VENUE], and you consent to their jurisdiction. [Optional: arbitration clause to be added on counsel review.]

14. Changes to these Terms
